The Windward District includes a wide variety of different cultural milieus as our schools range from Hawaiian Homelands in Waimanalo all the way up the coast to Sunset Beach (the famed North Shore surfing community), as well as an elementary school on a military base and a secondary school located within Hawaii’s Youth Correctional Facility. Dr. Royston is the Lead Psychologist for the Windward Oahu School District, and an adjunct faculty member of HI-PIC.
